We are not currently looking for new members, however if you are interested in joining, please read through the following points and fill in the application form on the next page including as much detail as possible. All members must agree to our code of conduct before being accepted as members. The code of conduct outlines what is expected of each member, and what you can expect from the team in return. Please read carefully through the following outline of what is expected.
- All members must abide by the constitution at all times. A copy is provided for each member.
- Many discussions at meetings are confidential. You must be able to treat this information responsibly.
- All members of the team must be respectful to each other, and the community.
- Each member is expected to give their apologies to the team in good time when they are unable to attend a meeting. You must be able to commit to at least eight full meetings in any one year.
- If a person no longer wishes to be a member of the team, written notice must be provided to the chair as soon as possible.
- Members are expected to take part within the meetings, and to participate in any debates and activities that may be arranged.
- All members are expected to be thorough with whatever task they may be completing.
- All members are expected to act in a professional manner when acting as part of the team. Remember we are all ambassadors for the team and the community and need to act as such.
